Bill Muske has owned the business since 2008, but long before that, Mid City Services still provided mats and other services to the local metro.

The National Companies that currently operate in our market are AmeriPride, G & K Services, Aramark, Cintas, and Unifirst. Many of the National Companies use deceptive billing practices to trick you into thinking you’re getting a deal.
On a regular scheduled basis, we deliver, clean and pick up soiled product with linen and entrance mat rental services. Mid City Services owns all its product — our commitment to you is to always have product available whether it be mats, towels, aprons, napkins, cook shirts, wet mops, dust mops, etc. We purchase the product. We deliver only the amount you request.
We will service your logo floor mats, but, as a practice, Mid City Services does not wash customer owned product. We will sometimes work out a program of service using your product if it makes sense to the operation. Contact us with the details of what you are looking for.

Mats — rental floor mats, scraper mats, kitchen mats, logo mats, waterhog mats. We direct sell just about any matting. We carry towels (all types including microfiber), aprons, cloth napkins, cook shirts, wet mops, dust mops and cloth roll towels. We also sell paper products for restrooms, etc.
Absolutely not. We will never use the same service and billing practices of the National Companies. We consider this to be contrary to our rule — “Treat customers like we want to be treated!” Learn more about the differences.
Mid City Services leaves a delivery slip which accurately shows what we are billing for. However, because we bill for only what we deliver, your billing is not made in advance. We enter it into our system at the end of the day and email it to you. Or if you prefer, we email or mail a selection of invoices at the end of the month.
Over 95% of our customers use charge billing. Customers simply pay by invoice or statement. This means that we set them up on an account and Mid City Services offers delayed COD. What’s delayed COD? With delayed COD our driver delivers and picks up a check for the previous delivery.
Yes. Amex, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will set you up in our system on auto payment. On the first of each month, we will take the payment for the previous month’s service.
