Our History
MCS has serviced the North Metro for twenty-two years, starting with Forest Lake and later, Maple Grove. In 2008 Bill Muske purchased MCS. With Bill’s twenty-two year background in the industry, he knew what customers wanted. He also knew what they were being offered by the large, national companies. There was an obvious unmet need.
Over the next couple years, Bill and his team changed the focus of their laundry services. By giving clients an honest, straight forward price, free of hidden fees, and NO CONTRACT, Bill and his team quickly gathered more customers. Numerous clients left their old providers and their hidden fees for Mid City Services.
Today MCS is the fastest growing rental supplier of mats and linens in the metro area. Over the past four years, we’ve averaged an astounding 20% growth per year! We’re not always the lowest price, but, year after year, we will be the lowest cost! Leadership
Bill Muske is the owner and president of Mid City Services. He has been in General Manager positions with two of the national companies over the past 22 years. He has worked in the Midwest, East Coast, West Coast and the South. He has seen the same conditions everywhere. When he went out on his own, he chose to return to his Minnesotan roots, locating in the Twin Cities.
Bill grew up in St. Joseph, Minnesota and attended St. John’s University in Collegeville. His wife and three children live in Plymouth, Minnesota.
In addition, Bill is surrounded by caring and happy business associates that are not originally from the laundry industry — so we did not need to de-program them!
